practice processing and uploading

by Deanna 2. September 2009 06:54

When you're first getting started on the site, it's a good idea to practice processing forms by using the trainer ID that's been entered in the system as a dummy. From the add session screen, choose Greg, James, Matt or Deanna from the consumer dropdown list then select your form. Practice all you want till you feel like you've got the hang of it and are ready to begin uploading real info.

how to delete a form

by Deanna 27. August 2009 06:14

Deleting a form is a two-step process that must be performed by the site administrator. This will permanently remove a form from the system so if there's any doubt as to whether to delete it, don't.

1. In the list of consumer documents, click the "x" icon beside the magnifying glass to the left of the form you want to delete. A confirmation box will appear, select yes/continue. Now you have marked the form for deletion.

2. From the main screen, enter the configuration section. Click "management console". Look at the calendar on the right. By default today's date is selected. Click "show images to remove" and once again click the "x" icon beside the document or form you wish to remove from the site.

treatment plans posted before getting approved

by Deanna 27. August 2009 05:17

Treatment plans and progress notes are posted to the consumer's chart right away. Shouldn't they get approved first?

No, each processed form is posted before approval so that you may see what has taken place for each consumer, and so that you may make changes as deemed necessary by yourself or an approver. You can see whether or not the form has been approved by checking the document list from the consumer's general info screen, or by checking the approval section > my approved forms (from the main screen).
