reset your password

You can reset your own password by accessing the "user information" section from the main menu. In the top section of the page, enter your new password. Re-enter on the next line to confirm the new password. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "update user information." Use the new password the next time you login to the website and/or login to your CaseWorks toolbar in Word.

Note: If you cannot recall your password, contact your site administrator so he/she can create a new one.

progress note disapears when selected

Problem:  After selecting continue the window disapears.

Solution:

1) Within Internet Explorer, goto  --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy tab --> within the Popup blocker section select "Settings" --> Add  -->  https://caseworksweb.com

pop-up screen at login

Users who do not exit the site by clicking "sign out" at the main screen must enter his/her password twice when logging onto the site next time. As an added security measure, the user will see this pop-up window: (see screenshot)

This screen will not prevent users from signing in - it just emphasizes the fact that either the user didn't sign out as described or another person is currently logged in as that user. Simply retype the password in the space provided and click "continue".
