  1. Click Tools in the toolbar of Internet Explorer
  2. Click Pop-up Blocker and then click Pop-up Blocker settings
  3. Type * into the box at the top

practice processing and uploading

by Deanna 2. September 2009 06:54

When you're first getting started on the site, it's a good idea to practice processing forms by using the trainer ID that's been entered in the system as a dummy. From the add session screen, choose Greg, James, Matt or Deanna from the consumer dropdown list then select your form. Practice all you want till you feel like you've got the hang of it and are ready to begin uploading real info.

by Matt 31. August 2009 08:09

If you have entered a new consumer into CaseWorks and they are not showing up in the Consumer's list for Add Session.  Make sure you have refreshed the Add Session screen to update the list with the new Consumer.  To do this, close the Window and Click Add Session again, or refresh the page by pressing F5.
