If you've installed the CaseWorks Word Add-in and it is not showing up, follow these instructions for making it return.
Word 2003
- Click Tools and then Toolbars
- Click IWOFFICE and your toolbar should appear
Word 2007
- Click the Office Logo in the top left
- Click Word Options
- Click Add-ins
- Click the drop down box towards the bottom and select Disabled Items
- Click IWOFFICE2007
- Click Enable

In Word 2003, you must hit ENTER on your keyboard after typing your password into the CaseWorks toolbar. Then hit "login", "import", fill out form, then upload as normal.

If a user is experiencing trouble with the non-beta version of the Office 2003 plugin. Install the beta version version via the instructions below:
XP
- Go to the Main Menu of the CaseWorks Web website
- Go to the Downloads section
- Click the link that says Office Forms Add-in for Office 2000/2003 w/ Signatures - Beta
- Choose Run
- Click Extract
- Click Install for the Microsoft Shared Add-in installation
- Click through the installation by clicking Next and then Install.
Vista
- Go to the Main Menu of the CaseWorks Web website
- Go to the Downloads section
- Click the link that says Office Forms Add-in for Office 2000/2003 w/ Signatures - Beta
- Choose Save
- Browse to the location you saved the file to
- Right-click the installation package and then left-click Run As Administrator
- Click Extract
- Click Install for the Microsoft Shared Add-in installation
- Click through the installation by clicking Next and then Install.
Usage: When using the Word 2003 non-beta add-in, be sure to ALWAYS tab between the username, passoword, and login button. If you do not, the box will not retain the information you have typed into it and will give you a login error.
